Project Summary

CBS were contracted to remove a floor which failed to hit tolerance. We first planned the floor down using a WR350i planer and bobcat for collection of material. We then re surveyed the floor, and brought in a adjustable planner to bring down any further spots, we then chipped out the edges and around columns. Following this, the floor was cleaned & primed, then a base coat of screed was placed to -5mm of the finished floor height. We then used a high strength screed to lay to the finished floor height and finished to a high standard, with the floor then being surveyed and achieving a FM1 tolerance as required.
