We are currently working on the UK’s and Europe’s largest dedicated logistics and distribution park with the new units totalling 2.1 million sq ft within Magna Park South, Lutterworth, a new 131-acre extension to the existing Magna Park Lutterworth development. We are responsible for the concrete pours on all of the new warehouses and so far we have achieved an impressive FM1 tolerance (independently surveyed) which is the highest open floor specification.
